We have over 70 years of combined experience litigating employment discrimination cases in both state and Federal courts in Georgia and New York.
We are graduates of NYU and Columbia Law Schools. We are admitted to all courts in Georgia and New York, including the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Georgia. In addition, we have represented clients throughout the country, including North Carolina, South Carolina and the District of Columbia. We have been successful in both Courts of Appeal and we have obtained multi-million dollar settlements before trial on behalf of our clients.
We aggressively litigate cases of sexual harassment, race discrimination, sex discrimination, national origin discrimination, religious discrimination, disability discrimination, whistleblowers, overtime, and other employment matters in all state and Federal courts. We have lectured and authored extensively on these issues, and have served as Chairperson of the Georgia Bar section on Labor and Employment Discrimination for several years. We have been published in the National Law Journal and by John Wiley, Inc., the legal book publisher.
We have practiced extensively before the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the New York State Human Rights Division and the New York City Commission on Human Rights. Our combined experience allows us to understand employment law cases from the perspective of both the Plaintiff and the Defendant, as well as from administrative agencies such as the EEOC.
